An objective of the Journal of Advanced Research in Leadership (JARL) is to promote the wide dissemination of the results of systematic scholarly inquiries into the broad field of leadership research. The JARL provides an international platform for debate and dissemination of research findings whilst also facilitating the discussion of new research areas and techniques.
The journal incorporates contributions from business, non-profit organizations, government entities, education, and health care; however, the emphasis on leadership theory and practice spans the boundaries between these settings to promote discussions that center on human activity and interrelations. Accordingly, material published in the journal represents a wide range of methodological approaches and theoretical foundations of leadership.
